We had a great 4th weekend. We went to our ward's pancake breakfast to start the day off. Max had a great time climbing a tree, petting all the other dogs that were there and stealing candy from the balloon toss game.
After the ward breakfast, we went to Concord to watch their parade. We enjoyed some live music and fresh corn on the cob while waiting/watching the parade.
(When this lady drove by, Max pointed to her and said "Pirate.")

We went to Dairy Queen for a banana split and blizzard...YUM!
Later that night we went to Berkeley Marina to watch fireworks. It was too foggy to really see much, so we actually left before they were even done. It was nice to have a relaxing but eventful day!
It is so fun to read your blog and remember all those fun areas we used to go to. I miss it so much, you too, lets get together soon okay?
